Can I test tools before paying?
You can explore public workspaces and their available previews before subscribing. Some operations and exports require membership; each tool shows its access restrictions. Direct QR codes can be created and downloaded for free.

What does the £12.99 membership unlock?

Do I need to install any software?
No. Laser Tools Hub runs directly in your browser, so there is nothing to install.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Open My account, choose Manage membership and billing, then manage your subscription in the Stripe portal. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.
Are my uploaded production files stored?
Storage depends on the feature. Some tools process artwork only in your browser; saved drafts, profiles and other account features may store data. Check the notice in each tool and our Privacy Policy. Save a local copy of important work.
Can I use the downloaded files commercially?
Files you create from your own artwork and designs can be used for your own production and commercial work. Third-party artwork remains subject to its original rights and licence.
Can I suggest a new tool?
Yes. We welcome ideas from makers. Logged-in users can send tool suggestions directly from their account.
Do I need a separate subscription for each tool?
