2. Try the tools before subscribing
You can explore available public tools and previews before paying. Downloads, exports and other member features may require an active paid membership. Availability and restrictions are shown by each tool. Please check that the tools suit your workflow, browser and intended use before purchasing.
3. Your account is for one person
One account is for one individual user. You must not share login details, lend or sell access, or allow another person to use your account. You may use your own account on your own devices. Keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
If we establish that an account is being shared or otherwise used in breach of these terms, we may suspend or block it. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us to resolve a mistake. A shared internet connection or a change of device alone does not establish account sharing. Any action will be proportionate to the breach and subject to your statutory rights.
4. Registration and access
Provide accurate account information and verify your email address before logging in. Email verification gives access to your account; it does not grant paid membership. Paid features are enabled after payment is confirmed. You must have legal capacity to enter into a paid contract.
5. Membership, payment and renewal
Production membership is currently £12.99 GBP per month. The checkout shows the amount, billing frequency and any applicable tax before you agree to pay. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Review the checkout details before confirming your subscription.
You can manage your subscription and invoices through Membership and billing. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Ordinarily, cancellation leaves paid access available until the end of the current paid period. Contact us if you cannot access the billing portal. A request to delete your account is not a substitute for cancelling your subscription.
We will communicate material changes to an existing subscription, including pricing, in advance where required and give you an opportunity to cancel before they take effect. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use and your content
Do not bypass payment or access controls, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use the tools unlawfully. Only upload or process content you have the right to use. You retain your rights in your own content and grant us only the permission needed to process, store and display it to provide the features you use.
Your membership does not transfer ownership of our software, branding, templates, fonts or third-party assets. Any separate licence attached to an asset continues to apply. You are responsible for checking the rights needed for your intended commercial use.
7. Check production output
Review dimensions, units, geometry, fonts and machine settings before production. Test your output on suitable scrap material and follow your equipment manufacturer's safety instructions. Results depend on your inputs, equipment and materials. We provide the service with reasonable care and skill; this section does not remove rights you have if it fails to meet the required standard.
8. Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, updates or faults may temporarily affect availability. We will take reasonable steps to address reported problems. Keep your own copies of important work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits mandatory consumer remedies.
9. Changes and complaints
We may update these terms for changes to the service or legal requirements. Material changes affecting an existing membership will be communicated where required; publishing new terms does not remove rights already acquired. Send complaints or questions through our contact form. Mandatory rights and protections that apply in your country of residence remain unaffected.
