Try before you pay
Public tools and previews let you assess the service before subscribing. Downloads, exports and certain other features require paid access. Please check the available previews and feature descriptions before purchasing.
No discretionary change-of-mind refunds
We do not offer discretionary refunds simply because you change your mind, do not use your membership, or no longer need it after purchase. This policy is subject to all applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights. The ability to try a preview does not, by itself, remove those rights.
Your legal rights still apply
UK consumers may have a 14-day cancellation right for a distance contract. The rules depend on whether the purchase is treated as a service, digital content or a combination. For services started at your express request during the cancellation period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply. For digital content, loss of a cancellation right requires the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation; it is not assumed merely because you subscribed or used a preview.
If the service or digital content is faulty, not as described, or does not meet applicable legal standards, you may be entitled to a remedy such as correction, repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund. Nothing here limits those rights, rights relating to unauthorised charges, or mandatory rights in your country.
Cancel future renewals
Open Membership and billing and choose Manage subscription and invoices to cancel renewal. Ordinarily, your access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling renewal is separate from requesting a statutory cancellation or refund.
Request help, cancellation or a refund
Use our contact form with your account email, payment date or invoice reference, and what went wrong. For a statutory cancellation, a clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient; you do not have to use a particular form. Do not send passwords or full card details.
You may use: “I give notice that I cancel my LaserToolHub subscription contract. Account email: ____. Subscription purchase date: ____. Name: ____. Address: ____. Date: ____.”
