FUT Card Outline & Base Generator
This production tool traces image transparency, creates a smooth outside cut outline and welds it into the supplied 110 × 33 mm FUT card base.
How it works
- Upload a PNG or WebP image with a transparent background.
- Enter the required finished artwork width and outside outline in millimetres.
- Generate the welded preview and inspect the complete red cut path.
- Download the production SVG with an active membership.
Automatic base placement
The lowest point of the artwork is positioned 9 mm above the absolute bottom of the base. The tool preserves the supplied base dimensions and exports one closed SVG cut path.
Production notes
Use a clean, high-resolution image with a transparent background. The outline follows opacity, not colour: white artwork is preserved. JPG and other images without transparency produce a rectangular outline. Confirm the finished dimensions in your laser software before cutting.
