Set the material sheet width and height in millimetres.
Adjust the gap between parts and the margin around the sheet.
Arrange imported part groups across identical material sheets.
Keep associated CUT, SCORE and ENGRAVE geometry together.
Review sheet count, material utilisation and placement validation in the result.
Export the nested layout as SVG files with physical dimensions.
Start with SVG artwork that has clearly defined cutting outlines. Red CUT outlines are used for collision detection.
An oversized part must fit on an empty sheet. Increase the sheet dimensions or resize the source artwork if necessary.
Review any geometry warnings and verify the exported layout in your laser software before cutting.
Run nesting and inspect the layout for free. Production SVG downloads require active paid membership or access granted to your account.
